Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
